During this time, when so many of our civil rights and liberties have come under attack, it is important that both my campaign and my policy work protect our most vulnerable communities. As someone who is Black, Queer identifying, and a woman, I have inherently seen the challenges that cause so many of us to live in fear or see our identity weaponized or used as a barrier for entry.
I will always unapologetically work and fight for equality, upward mobility, and greater access to opportunity & care to ensure that not only those who call MI-SD10 home, but also Michigan homes, are able to thrive, feel safe, protected, and seen!
